Return Policy
Return Window: 24 hrs from receiving
Communication: Email or Whatsapp
Cost: Client pays return shipping
Detailed Return Policy:
Customers must contact us within 1 day of receiving their order to request a return.
What can be returned:
- Incorrect orders
- Damaged goods and plants (minor damage due to handling does not apply)
Please note used or opened products cannot be returned.
Return Process:
- Email shelley@plantsinthyme.co.za or Whatsapp within 24hrs
- Wait for return approval
- Customer ships item back at their own expense
- Refunds and Resolutions
Return requests will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
A valid return will receive a store credit equivalent to the original order value.
Returns will be processed as quickly as possible, usually within a week.
