Shipping information
Products purchased online are shipped within 7 working days of receiving your order.
Tracking emails will be sent when the order is shipped.
Our shipping costs are displayed when checking out. Our standard shipping costs are R145 per order, for orders under 20kgs.
Regional / Gauteng and National deliveries: Plant orders are prioritized to be shipped between Monday and Wednesday.
Local Pick-up: This option usually takes 1 – 3 working days for processing.
Please place your order online and choose the collection option when you pay.
Once you have received the confirmation email, please contact us via Whatsapp to arrange a suitable time for collection at our premises in Chartwell, Fourways, Gauteng.
All online orders must be paid on the website.

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing your order. If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email.
All cancellations will incur a 10% fee to cover payment gateway charges and administration costs.
Once an order has been booked with the couriers, it can no longer be cancelled and will instead need to be processed as a return. The customer will be responsible for courier costs involved in returning the order.
Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it. Returns must be requested within 24 hours of receiving your order. After this period, no returns or refunds will be accepted.
Plants and plant accessories must be carefully repackaged in their original packaging to ensure safe transport with the courier.
Please include your order or invoice number when requesting a return.
Customers are responsible for all courier fees for returns.
We will review your request and provide a fair and suitable solution, which may include a refund or store credit.
Please note: Non-refundable payment gateway charges will be deducted from any refund.
